01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing pcso9.vu, registering an account, or making use of any service offered on this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

pcso9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on pcso9, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from within the Philippines.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pcso9 or any related platform.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player under any responsible gaming programme.

Each person may hold only one account on pcso9. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. pcso9 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in a temporary hold on withdrawals or account access.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. pcso9 uses OTP-based verification and SSL encryption to help protect your account, but you must also take reasonable steps to secure your access.

• Do not share your username or password with anyone.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable all available security features, including two-factor verification where offered.

pcso9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions. Any transactions completed through your account prior to notification of a security breach will be treated as valid.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All financial transactions on pcso9 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support a range of local payment methods suited to Filipino players, including Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the method selected and any pending verification requirements. pcso9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount exceeds standard thresholds or where account activity warrants additional review.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. pcso9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

05 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on pcso9 — whether on sports events such as PBA basketball, boxing, volleyball, or esports, or on casino games and slots — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product in addition to these general Terms.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. pcso9 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Technical errors that resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed.
• Events being cancelled, postponed, or declared void by the governing body.
• Evidence of match manipulation or integrity concerns raised by a recognised sporting authority.
• Bets placed using funds that are under investigation for fraud or unauthorised origin.

Winnings from voided bets will not be paid out, and the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance. All decisions made by pcso9 in relation to game outcomes and bet settlements are final.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pcso9 may offer bonuses, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. Each offer will have its own set of terms that specify eligibility, applicable games, and any conditions attached to the offer.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise include:

09 Account Suspension and Termination

pcso9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms or where continued account activity is deemed to pose a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where a player requests voluntary closure of their account, any available balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons should contact our support team, who can assist with self-exclusion and ensure the closure is handled appropriately.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pcso9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to betting outcomes, including losses arising from technical errors that have been subsequently corrected.
• Platform downtime or interruptions caused by factors outside pcso9's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security measures.
• Reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits pcso9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

pcso9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

We may be required by law to disclose player information to relevant authorities. In such cases, pcso9 will comply with its legal obligations while taking reasonable steps to protect your privacy interests to the extent permitted by law.
